How do I delete my clickbank account or change usernames?

    Clickbank doesn't allow duplicate accounts correct?

    I want to change my username.. but I don't think it's possible (does anyone know a way that I can?). So can I delete my account instead?

    I don't think they alow it for security reasons like you can't delete or email box.

    You can't change your username, probably indeed for security reasons, but there's no limit to the number of accounts you can create and use (so no need to delete the old account). You'll basically receive a separate check for each account. (You can ask them to combine all accounts into a single transfer if you're on wire transfer/direct deposit.)

    Yes you can crate a new account on the same name, You might need to use a different unique email address.

    And as BVE said there is no limit to the amount of accounts that you can have.

    You can have multiple CB accounts, but it is not advisable. If you are an established affiliate, there is no need of multiple accounts. If you are a vendor, then you can have one more account.

    There is an issue of dormant account in clickbank, for which a certain amount is deducted from the balance in case of inactive account (i.e. account that have a positive balance but not making sales since 90 days).
    That means if you have multiple accounts and one of your account is considered dormant, then your account balance goes decreasing and it may be say -$360 after 2 years, -$720 after 3 years and so on.

    So in that case isn't it better to delete the account?

    To close your account follow the steps below:

    Log in to your account
    Click on "Account Settings" tab
    Click on "Edit" in the upper right hand corner of the "Account Information" box
    Click on "Close Account" in the lower right hand corner of the box
    In the pop up box let us know why you are closing your account
    Click the "Close Account" button
    In the pop up alert, click "ok"
    You will receive an email confirming that you have closed your account.
