    I am selling a Luceum-based multiuser WordPress blog hosting service.

    There are a couple of active accounts there, most active one is a PR2 blog about Mazda autos. The other blogs are Toyota autos, astronomy and PC security. With proper attention given to promotion, site has a great potential.

    Very nice relevant and brandable name, worth large chunk of the asking price. Just recently renewed for another year. The new owner will get the entire SQL database and all the content of the site, zipped. Name is free push at namecheap.

    $45 BIN gets the site

    $30 additional charge for installing it on the new owner's hosting of choice (need PHP and MySQL support, of course).

    Do not use www.
    Just type in the domain name. This site was not originally designed to have a www subdomain, only the subdoms of the individual blogs. You'll see those existing ones there.
