Text-link-ads feedback.

i have been running their program since the beginning of this month. i have only been able to make some $$ from the inlinks section, only making $8.86 in the first month. i have over 4500 blog posts on my site. what can i expect next month in terms of making more money?

 

I didn't know they even had an inlinks section on their site. I will definately take a look at that. Also, it doesn't matter if you had 1 blog post or 1,000,000 blog posts.

I don't know why so many people suddenly think that because they have more content they are going to make more money. That is not going to happen if you don't have the traffic.

Traffic is what you mainly want. The content is only there so that you can keep them there and keep them coming back.

 

i receive 150-400 unique users a day to the site i was talking about. will that increase the amount of inlinks sold?

 

it depends on your pagerank and alexa ranking. TLA get 50% commission..

 

yea i know about the 50%. my current alexa rank is 822859. the site above has only been up for 2 months now so it has pr na, but on the next update it will be 3 or 4.

 

you need to get your alexa below 100k

 

Once your site starts getting PR and older your payouts will get higher.

 

what is everyone else making with text-link-ads?
that 8.86 is only for inlinks as i havnt sold any banners through that service but instead am having great success with adsense so far as well as AuctionAds (when they are up and running)

 

The amount varies from site - site but payouts are usually increasing on a monthly basis.

 

I stop using TLA after their wordpress plugin sucks.. No support or whatsoever.. To me, it seem like they dont care about it so why bother.. *Sigh..

 

i see. wel what other program would you suggest then? maybe a company that takes less than 50%

From my experience, TLA are great. apart from the 50% rev share. Wordpress plugin works fine

 

TLA = Easy money.

You just have to increase the PR of your site and get more content in it.

I was stupid and apply for it the first week I open my site. Got reviewed and rejected.. Now I have to wait every month for them to review my site again.
Hopefully I will get accept it soon

 

I have two in the pipe line that where knocked back. Fingers crossed for next month Just hoping my pagerank is increased in the next update. I have submitted to lots of directories..

i wish they didnt take 50% though. 25% would be perfect. but i guess i cant complain since im making money from their program.

 

TLA works fine for one of my bigger sites. Currently 6 out 8 links have been sold.

I guess link buyers on TLA look for very high PR(6+) or high PR(4+) with sitewides on 1000s of pages.

If you have either of the two, you will make good money.

 

i have over 4700 pages. so im hoping that i will get some good links. is anyone out there making $xxx from TLA?

 

4700 isn't really that big a number.

I have one site on TLA (with around 2000 pages and PR4), but no one has bought a link on it yet.

One of my sites (60000+ pages; PR4) is making (6*7.5) = $45 a month.
