How Long will you wait on Auction Ads?

I have used Auction Ads and have been very happy with the income. The problem now is too much down time. They claim to have 24,000 to 25,000 users and are signing up an additional 300 every day. Shouldn't they shut down new sign ups until they get their act together? How much down time is too much? Is anyone else frustrated by the downtime?
I guess my question is this: how much longer will you wait for Auction Ads to get it right?

I will wait it out, Auction Ads definately has potential .... but yes the downtime is frustrating and so is the downturn in clicks and commissions.
I was doing fine until seven days ago then it just stopped happening. Very few clicks and no Commissions in that period.

I am seeing clicks reported but no income. OK, maybe no one is buying. However, there were fairly regular daily earnings until a week ago. Last day showing any earnings was July 9th. Now nothing.

Could be the RON ads but I also use quite a few text links. Either the reporting is way behind or cookies aren't being set. Hope it gets fixed soon.

I'm waiting. I have replaced most of the ad blocks with alternatives. I tried to have the remaining blocks as far down on the page as possible. I still have one block on almost all of my sites. If it doesn't get resolved soon, I will remove those as well.

I have no problem waiting either,

Action ads is soon to be the leader in website monetization

Just because of a few hic cups I won't leave,

    I mean shit...look at adCENTS.......you could have 100000000 impressions and 0 earnings...

Auction ads is here to stay and like I said will soon be taking over the industry

Try RIGHT NOW! Go to http://www.auctionads.com/ ( no affiliate link) They are down. Were down yesterday also. Look, I want AA to work. Its been a great program for what I am doing, BUT, the downtime and lack of support response does not make those of us who are working it feel warm a fuzzy about it.

Happens regularly. I am hopeful they get the bug worked out. That is why I asked if anyone felt as I do that they should shut down taking new affiliates until they get things sorted out. Adding new members just makes the problems worse.

Yes, I'm very frustrated by the downtime and half-ass support too.

And yeah I agree they should stop welcoming new members until they sort their problems out.

This is interesting. It has been down all morning for at least 6 hours. 5 minutes after my post it is back up. Good to see AA back up!

    * Nevermind, its down again after a couple minutes.*

I don't care if auctionads.com is down once in a while, but the fact that the ads aren't being served really bothers me. My sites load slower, and look uglier with the missing blocks.

I think that limiting signups until they can acomodate more users is the best thing they can do right now.

I doubt that will resolve the problems.

A few new servers might. I dunno. Im not sure what the problems are exactly. But limiting sign ups will help nothing.

I think Shoe is going to need a FLEET of people to manage this,

Like you said before Joey, he never expected it to get this big this fast

He will now need a corporate head quarters just for auction ads :)

Right now we are implementing about 30% more hardware to keep up with the demand and more hardware is on the way. ads are serving and everything is being counted the primary website is down atm.

30% more hardware is good news. I would recommend 100% increase in hardware with a plan in place to double that in 60 days and again in 90 days. If server capacity/bandwidth is the issue then cutting off new members until you get enough capacity is also recommended. Just my two cents:)

I know - I was just clarifying is all. The blog said there were suppose to be some changes last week and that there would be scheduled maintence. That could be programming or hardware. Hence my question.
