W-8 Needed?

    OK, since I can't get my AM to respond to my emails, I'll have to ask here. Do I need a W-8 filled out prior to getting paid? If so where can I get it?

    On another note, I think it's crap that I can't get my AM to reply to my emails. It BS that I will have to call to get ahold of him(Lee H.).

    i never got the chance to talk to my AM too. but someone emailed me last month saying my assigned AM just resigned and that she is now my new AM, mitchell. but haven't heard back from her yet.
