phpMyAdmin - error
#2002 - The server is not responding (or the local MySQL server's socket is not correctly configured)
clearly this is a server problem not a single account

 

I have had a few problems with this server as well, Nick it would be nice if you could let us know if you are making changes to the server, plus I didn't find it to good when you couldn't tell me the name server ip address via the pm you sent me, should'nt you know these things before you are asked these questions about your name servers?

Added the database test.
But No Database!
SQL Databases
0/999

2) Smart Ftp Returns The Following When I Try To Connect

My site is using a database and yet i cannot make one!

It Looks Like I Am Not The Only One With This Problem,
Please sort it out!

 

Still no answer to suport ticket.
Still no data-bases
This must be the worst hosting ive ever been on!

I think you are trying to get as mutch cash in as you can by selling these offers and leave us dry!

So lets put things into perspective
You have major isues
1 you say you have dead server and have to move 1400 accounts.
2 you allso advertise for new clients wile moveing 1400 accounts
3 you say ime on new server
4 new server data-base dead
5 all new clients would get same problems
6 you dont answer suport
7 you tell me here that ime the only 1 with problems
8 you want my msn to tell me same Bs in private.
9 any good host would answer suport,email all who are having isue,would not lie and say only 1 client with isue.would not advertise for new clients until they fix problems or they are just creating more un-happy clients!

I did a lookup for this new domain and your personal msn you sent me is the email address for the domain name owner.
So you lie again.
You own this domain name and you say it has been in business for over 1 year?
so how come for i carnt find a single back-link for this domain name.
Is this your back-up plan for when things go wrong?

 

ok the company owner is ashley warrington
he bought numberonehost's outright ok.
he ran several hosting company's before buying me out and as soon as he bought me out he decided to re brand all of his hosting company's into one to make it easier to deal with.
the server that is having troubles is the old numberonehost's server change your ns to ns3.shoutserv.com and ns4.shoutserv.com as this is ashley's master server once ns has updated your account will automatically activate on his server.im sorry for the poor service but i couldnt run a hosting company on my own thats why when ashley approachedme i accepted his offer with flying colours.
im am now a co owner of shoutserv we have several support staff covering 24/7 support we also now have phone support for premium customers stop trashing the shoutserv ad because its the nu,ber one host's add you shoudl trash.

 

the only people having problems are the one's posting here now if you dont want to talk to the owner then he will not put in his own time just so he can help you their and then instead of you going through a support system if anyones having problems add and he will deal with any probs their and then

 

I have still yet to receive mt transfer info and I submitted a ticket!

 

i am interested but onlkyt will buy after i get a good review from a member in giood standing..especially after all the issues i just read above..

 

damn, i was planning to buy a alpha package and talked with him on msn and he said nothing about these problems. glad that i read some futher.

no you talked to shoutservs owner on msn im just a co owner. dnt let numberonehosts reputation ruinm shoutserv because he is a seperate company who has bought numberonehost out because it was failing.

I have recently just bought an Alpha Master Reseller - As soon as i had clicked pay there was an email waiting in my inbox with my login details. I mean how quick can you get - so far i have had 1 problem and that was sorted out straight away. This webhost is the best i have seen around yet. The Priced are cheap and the service you get is great.

If i had a job of reviewing Web Hosts I would review this service 10/10 for Everything - Thanks Guys

 

All Hosting co's have happy clients that have had no isues.
Allso there are few that do have isues and pull there hair out cos nothink is sorted,and no reply from suport.
My site is finally working.
I hope it stays that way.
No1 wants to trash any threads.
Email us answer your suport tickets and peeps wont have to come here to get a result.
