Im not really sure how to make an amazon affiliate site, can anyone possibly show me some good sites as an example? (doesn't have to be yours, can be a random one you found)
Depends on whether your after a complete store or just looking to integrate products for a specific niche. The great thing about amazon is that you can do pretty much anything you want with a little bit of coding. I have added product reviews to one of my sites: Hairdressing Product Reviews Coded this myself to use an xml list of product ID's, to display on the page, then link through to a single details page. If its successful then I will expand it to include Amazons categories and lists.
