Is there a service where I can search expired domains in bulk together with PR?
If not, what is the best way to find an expired domain with decent PR?

It's a hard business to go for in my opinion.

You can either go for a paid service or free service. Although, there are tips and tricks with this venture also.

For example you can use http://www.expiresoft.com to get the domains that are about to expire but you will have to check for their pagerank by yourself. If you want to check for their pagerank you can use http://www.bulkpagerank.com using this site you can check on up to 500 domains in the same time.

Once you discover the pagerank domains that will expire you will probably have to go with a company to snap them for you the moment they will expire.

Tips and tricks here also, in order to choose the company which will snap it for you you will first have to where it was registered. If it's registered with company X then you will have to hire snapnames.com for the snap. If it's with Y then Z and so on.

Google some more information before jumping in.

    Wish you luck!

Take a look at expireddomains.com, then check the results for PR

Usually the ones with PR2 and PR3 don't need a backorder, you can just wait and make sure to be the first to register them the moment they are released. PR2 and PR3 could be backordered by others if they have nice domains or are premium. If this is the case you should backorder them.

The problem with the backorder is that you should make some research to find out what's the best company to go with. Pool.com is also known as being very reliable.

I would recommend you to take 10 minutes to read this article, is very interesting and full of info, you will also understand from it many questions I am sure you have:
