Directories should be added to (Internet - Searching Web) unless they are specific niche directories then there might be subcategory as for example ( Sports \ Web Directories ), therefore I rejected ewebpages.org

btw... as you request feedback .. imo submissions (specially paid) should be easy for the user.. i would cut some requirements and fields .. but its just an opinion.. i like the rest and looks profesional also.
