    I woul advise email/zip submit CPA offers that are quick, high-converting and targeted at your demographic.

    We have a number of arcade/games sites that are currently performing very well on this basis.

    you could try cj.com.. but I didn't have too much luck with them.

    Value Click Media is doing well for me. its ran on .cpm.
