What to do with a random domain name with PR4?

    Hi there,

I've got quite a random domain name (not going to be able to use it for anything related to the domain name itself) so what would be the best thing to do with it?

If I was to put unique content on their related to one of my websites (cristiano ronaldo, footballer) and then create a lot of back links to my cristiano ronaldo website, would the PR4 backlinks be of much of a benefit? Or is the domain going to ruin the SEO benefits of the free backlinks?

Thanks for any help and any suggestions.
    Matt

    Could it be branded?

The domain is TAVARAA.com; I'm not sure what you mean by branded - do you mean I could set up a search engine for example (like google) and just name it Tavaraa?

    Here are a few options:
    - sell it
    - set a small site with content related to your main site. Then link to it ;)
    - create a word cloud / directory and monetize it

surely you can rebrand this with man utd content and the pr will remain ???? its your site you can have on it what your want - the links into your site are not affected by the content, i think the pr would remain its the serp's that would benifit from the relevant content ie make the content on good old christiano and link to your site then your serp's (for the christiano site will go up) - i have had a similar case myself and the pr remained.

Let me know if you wish to sell or accept links

    have they got tevez yet?

Find out where the links that give it the PR4 are coming from. If they are all from finance websites then set up a finance website and it will rank well.

Thanks for all the helpful replies everyone.

Nope, Tevez deal is getting a little complicated but fingers crossed it gets completed soon (meant to be completing his medical in the next few days).
Would you only want to buy links from my site if it is Cristiano Ronaldo related?

    Thanks again everyone.

According to stats theres only one site linking to it, and this is just a domain information site :(

So this means I can put some content on the site and link to any of my related websites?

    Thanks. Matt
