Both are excellent candidates, I would go for Hillary personally. Her platform is sound and she would make an excellent leader!

I would go for Obama. He was against the war on Iraq. Hillary was for the war because it was convenient at that time to vote for it. It was kind of patriotic to vote for it (that's how the propaganda made it to look). Obama saw it was wrong to go in Iraq long ago.

I would hazard a guess that around 75% of Americans that visit this P&R forum are Republicans so I doubt you'll get much of a response bbn.

We are not talking about Bush, Cheney or McCain here TOOT !!

Obama is a smart man, he did not support the Iraq war and he was right, I hope that he is elected in a landslide, it would be great to have some new blood and especially someone who is intelligent and can build bridges to other nations.

Obama is against war?? It's like saying that Hitler was opposed to war. He made it clear enough that if he is the President, there is going to be a nuclear war

He did on quite a few occasions. Presidential debate comes to mind, when Mike Gravel asked him who he was going to bomb.

Here is one of his gems -

"We must also consider using military force in circumstances beyond self-defense"

I'll be damn if I can see any difference between him and Dubya. They may be using the same speechwriter, as far as I can tell
