The site looks nicely done, but I will be surprised if you get a high CTR. As soon as people search they are going to start clicking links of the jobs, which takes them away from your site. Tiny point - personally I think you have too many animated images here, makes it hard to read them all. None of them really need to be animated, I would only use 1 animated, max.
Yes, actually this is the whole point . I think people will come back to our site to find the latest projects filtered to their choice. Plus we are also giving email notifications that will really help them to see projects ONLY which they want.
