Any kart racers around?

 

Er, I've played online kart racing.

 

Not me, I tried it once, but I'm a big chap and everyone just overtook me cos my kart wouldn't get up to speed that quickly Was good fun though

 

i dragged a shopping cart from my truck once.

does that count?

 

I'm going Ice Karting in a couple of weeks for a mates stag do

 

Im too big too even the wife beat me so I will never race again!

 

Yeah, it's great fun. i am a little overweight too and the idea behind racing with karts is actually an incentive to loose weight also, apart from the excitement of motor racing, obviously.

And for those that are a little too heavy, there are different classes and categories to make it more even.

And the last time I raced my wife, was effectively the last, because she can't stand me lapping her quite a few times over and over...!

 

a couple of guys in my high school were into it hardcore but that was eons ago.

you bet...just don't know when I'll do it! nothing too fancy...nothing like the ones we saw in Florida...Orlando has a million of them.
