Hi guys a quick discussion o what is blackhat SEO, i dont really understand as i can tell these are the differences Blackhat: Blog Spam Cloaking Tricky Re-directs Black Hat SEO stops at "nothing" to get a high ranking. People not following the google guidelines. White Hat: Content, Content, Content Relevant backlinks Site maps White Hat SEO follows the Google quality guidelines (and the equivalent at other engines) to the letter. But hasnt the search engines always said you need relevant backlinks to receive good serp positions, so in what way can blackhat help because they will still have all the hard work of geting relevant links... Or have we all been mislead too believe that links are most important when they actually are not Your opinions?
The idea of blackhat is to automatically generate thousands or even millions of pages about long-tail keywords. Even if 1% of those pages gets a half a dozen visitors per month each: 1,000,000 pages * 1% * 6 = 60,000 visitors per month And since their covered with ads, ctr is pretty good: 60,000 * 10% ctr * $0.20/click = $1200 The SE's (google at least) ban bh sites quickly, so you need to keep generating more and more sites. As for relevant links, BH sites work better on uncompetitive niches where you don't need much link strength at all to rank.
"cloaking" is serving different pages to visitors and search engines (in the case of BH, to keep the pages from getting banned as quickly) But you would use an automated script to generate and upload generated pages (or use .htaccess and generate them when they're accessed) You can get content to put on the pages by having the script scrape search results, wikipedia pages, or even generate gibberish with the keyword you want scattered through it.
the black hat methods that work, are not given away for free / told on public forums. It's not illegal lol, robbing a bank is illegal, using blackhat is legal... -- For more info on up to date black hat methods, join this forum http://www.seoblackhat.com/forum/
If you mean Black-hat SEO, No it's not illegal. It's just against webmaster guidelines. Theres a big difference. But seriously, don't use blackhat seo. Just because it isn't illegal doesn't mean it's worth using.
Blackhat techniques may help in the short term but don't bother... SEO is all about playing the long game.
black means that you want to cheat from search engines. black seo is not suggested way. when a search engines catch that you use black seo, it will punish you
Black Hat should be illegal IMO. It would make the world a better place! Imagine if getting good SERP rankings simply meant setting up your meta tags well
