CIA should have followed the legal procedures in the respective countries to interogate the terror suspects without sending them to be tortured in other countries. It gives a bad name to CIA and US for violating international law.

I wonder how did they put on board the suspects and flew them out of the country? Seems like they got local cooperation. And the blame goes to those who allowed it to happen.
