The part of the equasion that you dont seem to realize is that AuctionAds has grown tremendously beyond expectations. It was anticipated to have 1000 publishers by now, not 25,000.

Honestly, I see some of you, well, just bitch incessantly. In the meantime, myself and a few others are working to try to find the best ways to implement AuctionAds, best ways to determine and use keywords, develop implementation systems, etc. Maybe thats why I am making over $1000 a month and your making $x.xx. I choose to make the most of it. Some choose to bitch.

The program grows because there is alot of value in it, but they are going through growing pains. This is natural and normal.

Next time you start to write a post complaining, why dont you instead use that time and effort to try to improve how it works for you.

AuctionAds isnt for every site. Neither is Adsense or YPN or CJ or the multitude of others. But dont just write it off because your not making as much as you like. This is a new program, nobody knows the best ways to make money from it yet. Experiment and look for those ways instead of compaining.

This isnt directed at any one person, but the group of you who have seemingly just complained and whined.

    Rant over.

Jeremy if I can do anything to help, you know how to reach me. Just ask.

I will continue to use them they seem to have fixed the problem with the ads showing there was a 50/50 chance they would show before its now around 99% so they are getting there once the support picks up I will be happy had a few clicks today as well. cant wait to see some money.

I make more through the eBay/CJ program. Same product (eBay) but better execution.

They don't seems to be able to keep AA running for more than a day or two without a serious interruption. I doubt the stats are totally fixed. So many growing pains. :(

I am focusing for now on using their URL converter to generate text links. Those always work even when the ads are rubbish.

That's a good policy. It goes well with the "we don't answer support emails" policy.

I for one like AuctionAds and it has worked for me and I am happy to stick with it while there going through this transition. I know how they feel and how hard it must be, my businesses have had similar issues.

Their ability to revover, improve and get on with it will determine their future. I am sure they will sort it out though.

I have it making money for me in a banner spot where I previously made no money, so these short bits of downtime arent really a problem for me.,

Everyone expects outages. However, AA outages are frequent and go on for 4-5 hours. Some of my sites show gray RON ads while other sites are just trashed with connection failed blotches.

I hope Shoemoney gets this sorted out soon. It's painful to watch.

My CTR has been dreadful to be honest the past week. It has fallen by two thirds even with increased traffic to that site. The outages and non-image ads etc have not helped much. Would it be too much to join each CJ Ebay affiliate and using a geo-targetting (openads) serve a rss feed to the relevant visitor?

The advantages for AA simply do not stack up to the happenings this past week.

yes I am not too happy with auction ads over the last few days if I serve ads on my site I at least expect 100% up time, I mean ive been making some decent $XX sales here and their with this program.

I understand the program is still in beta mode but I want a more stable server.

It gives a unprofessional feel to your product/service when its working one day and not the next.

I will still use auction ads but I just want these server related issues fixed please.

It is a serious company dude ,

Just because you aren't making money with it doesn't mean its NOT a serious company,

Jeremy runs a tight ship man,

He isn't even taken a cut of the profit right now

The Users get 100% .....Thats not good enough for you?

Auction ads makes monetizing your website easier then ever.

There Staff is 100 % professional and on top of there game,

Just because a FEW people are trying to bash Jeremy and the staff that doesn't mean they suck..

Auction ads is soon to be the #1 affiliate program on the net with the highest conversions,

Just stay tuned and you will see :)

    Thanks ~

where did he state he was not making money with the program?

He just stated that he desires more up time, I understand his concerns 100%.

if you are running a site that has 100k uniques a day and auction ads are not showing for 50% of the day yet blank space is the revenue is lost.

I have friends making $xxx a day with this program it does work, I just think people want 100% up time not 80% up time.

I am sure the servers are up more then 80% ,

People are trashing Auction ads like there is no tomorrow...

Its kind of funny how people have NO PROBLEM taking the 100% he is offering..

BUT if the server is slow or down for a few seconds, they say the program sucks.

I have not seen the server down once to be honest

I think half the people in this thread are just bashing Jeremy ......

There are other more insidious problems than lost AA revenue. The googlebot came by to index one of my sites during the last outage (a few days ago). Most of the pages are missing from the index and traffic has plummeted. The outages are too long and they're doing a lot of damage.

Another point raised on a different forum regarding this issue, why don't they cutting off new member sign ups until the server issues are fixed for the current members?

Dude are you using the program :S

    * server has been down a few times,

    * Ads been displayed are usually wrong targeting

    * Images don't all ways display.

    * Some times ads revert back to common niche such as electronics at random, from other keywords you target.

How is this shoe money bashing,

people are submitting the problems with the site so hopefully they get fixed, because If i want to serve auction ads on my network of sites I hope that it will be 100% problem free.

I understand problems do happen, but these issues have been on going for a fair while now.

I think the programs great but I just want these problems fixed.
