Sites you don't accept

Hi,
I just wonder which type of sites that you don't accept into your directory.

I currently don't accept porn, warez, pills,pharmacy,viagra sites, illegal sites, or excessive adsense sites and If I accepted them I delete immediately and refund if paid.

Have you any advice? Should I accept gambling sites or any others?

 

with gambling sites, you might have a problems with Paypal.

The are too many clean ones out there and i would personally stay away from such links..(personal peference)

If the site is neatly done, i would not hesitate

There is a very fine line between a MFA and a site with quality content and bad ad integreation..

Some of the best content sites look like MFA and vica versa

I dont accept racism, pornography, warez, MFA, poker, cigarettes or viagra as stated in guidelines on my directories.

Also, mortgages, loans, essay writing etc

But also "Ready for adsense" i see some sites that look prepared for it, like soon they will plaster it with adsense. (no ads at the time)

Also sites that appear to be selling a natural supplement but click at little further or check the links pages and their selling or linking to products that will give you a bigger co...

Weapons too, i need to add that to my list of non suitable, things like stun guns, pepper spray, and other sites too but listing them all could be time consuming.

I see today running directory is very very very hard work

Thanks pipes. After being paid directory I have more time to check submitted sites.

Illegal content, MFA, Sites with only affiliate outgoing links, porn, all the "buy drugs without prescription", poorly designed, and sites that ask your personal info and don't have a privacy policy. These goes in dev/null in no time.
In some other cases I need to dig deeper into the sites, but if they smell fishy, I reject. (eg. outgoing links thru redirects.)

 

I don't accept warez, illegal and MFA websites.

 

Crappy websites regardless of their niche won't make it through the review process.

 

I agree with Redgsr, I've refunded alot and yeah stay away from gambling sites if you are using paypal because they will limit your account.

The usual plus my pet peeve is sites that I can't navigate quickly and excessive use of images on a site, that makes a page take too long to load.

 

I just removed gambling category from Wezp.com and refunded to all owners of the submitted websites.

 

I have a different opinion - I accept these sites but... only if they are good.
For example if there is a site that is really good on what is does why not? even if it is porn... but I would not accept any racism.

 

mortgages, racism, pornography, loans, warez, MFA, poker, viagra, Casino sites

 

I don't accept anything not in my niche, nothing you can do worse that start to digress from your chosen market.
