Something about pushing domains :D

I need to know are you able to push a domain straight after you buy it?...

Is there a period of time you have to hold it for before you can sell it???

Also when you sell a site, what information do you have to give the buyer?...
(I know it sounds stupid, but i need to know every bit of detail, PLEASE DONT SAY EVERYTHING)

I dont think there's a time frame required for pushing a domain between different users of the same registrar, however if you need to transfer a domain to another registrar, you need to wait for 60 days for fresh domains.

Most common informations like,
Domain Name
Domain Age
Registrar
Stats of traffic and revenue (if any)
FTP details (To transfer ths site on different FTP, if required)
And your Payment details
