Bidding Directory: Big Web Links

I have noticed that the owner of Big Web Links bids to the top of many different bidding directories. Who is the owner here on DP? and if I contact him will he buy links on my bidding directory?

    Thanks.

mystikmedia (chris) is the owner of Bigweblinks bidding directory ;) He always buy links for his all directories here at DP where he like to buy :p If you have already announce your bidding directory here as well then he'll buy from you too whenever he see some results.

Is it a good idea to reinvest earnings in other bidding directories or is it better to buy other links such as a PR6 monthly.

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, it a very good idea to reinvest a part of your earning in other bidding directories

Firstly, its a very cost effective way to gain permanent backlinks and as most bid dir owners are promoting their dirs well it makes more sense

If you are looking for strong bid dirs, you should definitely use this list http://www.ventedoy.com/strongest-list/

Also, as the PR update in on the way and would settle by the first week of august, you could hold your guns till then and start buying links once the PR update is complete.

If i were you, i would build my marketing strategy something link this:

A few monthly sitewide PR 6/5 (should be continiued for atleast 2 PR updates to get the full benefit) and then the remaining promotion money in bid directories and general directories.

I would not touch the sitewide but could compromise on my bid directory spending if my budget got over

Lets hope to see Jeff (onlinedude) buying a link on your bidding directory, I would then say its developed & worth something then. :)

I don't mean to say/speak anything against Chris (mystikmedia) I only mean that Chris does buy link on directories but only when he is sure it is being developed and promoted.

But Jeff only buys a link when he sees that the directory is already well developed and is strong.

That's my pov, pardon me if I am wrong, I don't mean to insult or say bad about anyone.

I would also think that it would be extra hard for someone new to prove themselves when they are starting 10 bid directories at once. It can be quite a challenge to run 2 or 3 directories and it will be interesting so see if you have the money and experience to run 10.
