CAIRO, Egypt - A new al-Qaida videotape posted Sunday on a militant Web site featured a short, undated clip of a weary-looking Osama bin Laden praising martyrdom.

The bin Laden clip, which lasted less than a minute, was part of a 40-minute video featuring purported al-Qaida fighters in Afghanistan paying tribute to fellow militants who have been killed in the country.

Bin Laden glorified those who die in the name of jihad, or holy war, saying even the Prophet Muhammad "had been wishing to be a martyr."

"The happy (man) is the one that God has chosen him to be a martyr," added bin Laden, who was shown outdoors wearing army fatigues and looking tired.

The authenticity of the video could not be verified, but it appeared on a Web site commonly used by Islamic militants and carried the logo of as-Sahab, al-Qaida's media production wing. It was not immediately clear when the video of bin Laden was filmed.

This story supposedly broke just a few minutes ago... I suppose we'll be seeing the video on the usual video sharing sites shortly.

 

I think you probably know my thoughts on the bullshit by now buddy.

Some fook posts a video on some pisshole Islamic militant website, FOCKS News (or some similar pile of shit mainstream media outlet) picks it up (no need to verify it of course ) all the other pile of shit media outlets pick up on it too and before you know it it is bandied about as latest news.

I'm still amazed at how they get away with it every single time.

I think that you are punching above your weight here, kind of like a dude that has thousands of posts but feels the need to make another no matter what or where that may be.

This is not the first time I find myself reading one of your posts here and wondering if you know what you are talking about.

 

I doubt you would have a post deleted buddy. I've never had a post deleted yet, a mod would maybe edit a post but highly unlikely it will be deleted, and usually it would be only edited in an extreme instance.

 

I am sure that my post was pretty clear, as clear as water. Perhaps you're avoiding some specific things.
