I have stopped by this directory numerous times over the months. I find a page that I like and I go to submit. Then, I see that even the lowest-priced option is yearly. Owner, if you are reading this, will you ever make a permanent option?
Get ur'e hand in your pocket, stop being tight fisted, the prices are the prices and he ain't gonna change em for you or anyone else!
Hey, Dave, I already paid you for www.biz-dir.co.uk, so I'd appreciate it if you kept your smartass comments to yourself. I asked a simple question!
I have worked full-time on the net for over 10 years and in general terms 1 Year on the Net, is approx the same as 7 Years in the Street Due to it being a real time progressive environment, so 1 year divided by seven and maybe then the price is not enough Anyway that is all by and by, as this thread is doing its purpose very well to promote an excellent Directory Regarding the price I assume its set to give maximum value
Hello... Every Directory owner charges differently for their services and time. many times a numerical price is assigned to what the owner feels is fair and what will keep away most sites that lack in his/her taste of quality as well as maintenance on the directory site. thx malcolm
Why did you decide to submit into biz-dir when it is also annual listing directory? Surely because it is a strong backlink provider This is not a smartass comment, but a good suggestion. directories like biz-dir and dump etc. are worth the money, and you can do a lot more in one year in the world of internet.
Yahoo directory asks for $299/year and ppl still submit because it is worth the money. $35/year is not much for a quality listing.
You'd have gotten your money's worth if you had submitted a few months ago instead of looking at the price, twiddling your thumbs, and then running away at the site of "yearly". Strong directories offer yearly links to keep quality in and quantity at a manageable size. Enough said.
ALL: Did I ever degrade the value of the site or question its worth in any way? NO. I simply asked if there will ever be a permanent option. Geez.
Ok here's the best answer - As people have their own talk here, and you are commenting on each, i jut want to say that An0n doesnt like permanent listings directories and so i am sure he wont be clicking back to permanent listings as of now.. hope thats the answer u need.
I've been noticing your frequent questioning of owner's policies and asking for favors/changes. It's unprofessional. Read the Guidelines and Stop trying to get around everything so you can get cheaper/easier links.
Nonsense. I politely questioned your reasoning for charging PR5 prices for PR0 pages of a PR3 directory. Ah, now I see. You've got your panties in a bunch because I wouldn't pay PR5 prices for a link on one of your PR0 pages at fourfind.com/websites/. I wasn't alone! (I can post the thread here, if you'd like.) Take your childish vendetta elsewhere and stop bothering me when I ask a simple question of someone else!
I don't have a directory. No, it's not necessary. I asked a simple question, and a couple of unrelated people thought it necessary to insult me for absolutely no reason. I've done business with just about every directory owner here at DigitalPoint (including you, maldives), so for some peeved directory owners to insult me for no reason, out of misdirected frustration, is a pretty stupid move. That doesn't represent directory owners very well. I'd say 98% at DP are great people, but a handful definitely have "issues" to address.
since you have posted the question, everyone has right to give there openion! you should have directly contacted the directory owner[related] if you want any specific answers!! directory dump or other quality directories gives value for money, and one year is a enough long time for the money they charge! though jhon scoot[v7n] will be happy about your permanant links urge! cheers
