How it can be a good Idea Its been already there..? There are a lot out esp sites comprising scripts.But u need some good webbies to answer the user queries for that u need to pay more. Orkut...sounds very bad...i think right now there are more than tens of hundreds of such sites...But its really a passion for internet users. See you can put all these ideas into effect,but there are different faces for all,which are yet to explore...
web templates you can sell, you can also market some niche products ORKUT is not HOT now.. and not a great idea as well.... rest of them are good idea. use some good aution websites, and place them into ONLINE BUSINESS for SALE section.

As you know the online picture has been changed... people started taking it as new TRADE PLATEFORM other than USA. so this good for other countries, and if you speak about india, its moving fast, but the speed is slow coz of lack of proper infrastructure.... but hope to see it growing pretty fast and pretty soon. reselling domains is good idea, as after some time it would be very hard to get your identity online. you have to buy your own name from a re-sellers, so this is a good option. one must look for new names not try to involved any other and existing companies.

planning to get adsense to your website, is good. but as a business i dont think so this is a good idea untill and unless you have niche website with huge traffic from US.

So many people want ideas. Suggest you look at sites for sale. They tell you what they are earning. Find one you like and then build a better site in the same field.
Build a website, fill it with new content, optimize it, get visitors and then sell it off repeat. People who can do this well make lots of $$$ (finding a good niche is a must though)
