If you want that sort of price you'll need to provide proof of traffic and revenue, plus increase your iTrader rating as no one in their right mind will do a deal worth $15,000 with someone who has no trading history.

I'm sorry but this may be seen as spam. All your websites you are trying to sell are extremely too high. You never show revenue or traffic so assuming there is none its not worth nearly that.

 

Sedo appraisals mean nothing. No one is going to pay you $6000 based on a Sedo appraisal or a PR5.

You need to show some earnings proof (paypal screenshots, affiliate account earnings, adsense etc), and traffic stats if you are serious about selling.

Words, words and more words! Words are worthless and figures (earnings) are sacred.

 

That doesn't prove that you are a reputable person to deal with though (I'm not suggesting that you aren't, but with no iTrader ratings no one is going to do a $15,000 deal with you).

You made $2500 from Adsense in the last one year. Why would someone want to pay 6 years earnings for your site? The going rate is between 6 - 12 months earnings.

 

You are just including the revenue part and not the value of domain APPRAISED BY SEDO and the Page rank.

 

A page rank of 5 is not that difficult to obtain - my personal blog manages a PR5 and it's not exactly a hugely popular site. Sedo appraisals don't mean that much either.
