second, i dont have a lot of money to spend toward this so dont bug me with outrageous prices.

I want to know how many directories in PR RANGES can you submit for the following Prices:

how many directories can you submit to for those prices manually and all directories should have some sort of PR - and will i get a report of where it has been submitted afterwards?]
