    is it possible to submit a url two or more times in a directory script like PHPLD?
    does script allow?
    I ordered a manual dir submission and i just want to check status of my order.

    Yes, it is possible (PHPLD). Depends on the settings.

    is there any certain way to check a directory to see is a site submitted to it or not(no email verify)?

    As for PHPLd it is not possible to submit to the same category twice, you might was well submit to the same category once again to verify whether a previous submission had been made
