[MOVIE BLOG] OVER 4k pageviews per day + $6 revenue per day + LOW BIN/QUICK SALE

Hello everyone, I am here to sell off my movie blog. I have to somehow make make $3,000 by August 9th, or I won't be able to go to college (and words cant explain how much I want to go). I have a crappy job with a low paying wage and not many hours. I figured I would have enough scholarships to cover my cost of attendance, I realized that I had to do something, and I had to act QUICKLY. So I have decided to put up my movie blog for sale with a low bin. The site used to be a "server sloth". What is a server sloth? A server sloth is one of those websites all of us webmasters have that just site around on our server. We always say we're going to get around to it...but we never really do.

Day 1 of promotion, the site made $10 which was tuesday. New DVD releases come out every Tuesday (I used to work at a video store), so I suspect revenue will be high when movies are released every tuesday since this is a movie site. Day 2, Yesterday the site made almost $6. ADSENSE ONLY With 4k pageviews. You could make a lot more if you optimize your adsense placement since this site has less than 4% CTR.

$12 per day additional revenue can be made with CPM networks like www.valueclickmedia.com and www.Burstmedia.com

The average in this niche is $4 CPM. I've seen as high as $7! and $.92 clicks sometimes

how did you promote this website?

 

It's kind of hard to bid on a site that has had two really good days of traffic and only been around for less than a month. How did you get that increase in traffic? Are you sure that it will remain constant and if so how come? Were incoming links purchased for your site?

 

I can only pass on my promoting techniques to the new owner. The site is 2 months old, not 1.

The site takes 15 minutes per day. That will keep traffic constant and after a while it will become constant with no work at all. No links purchased. Nothing bought.
