Please Review my Sports Blog

I made this blog about a month ago and have been posting 1-3 times a day with a decent amount of unique content. However I've been getting very low number of visitors (80-100) per day. Please tell me how i can improve my site.

For a site that's only 1 month old, 80-100 uniques/day is fantastic. Have you done any sort of advertising to achieve that? If it's all organic traffic, congratulations. Writing more content is the best thing you can do to increase your traffic (without advertising).

If you're looking to improve CTR, try placing your ad units within your blog entries (the square ad unit works best for this). Having it so far down the page in the navigation bar wouldn't attract many clicks.

 

80-100 uniques/day in one month is an achievement indeed. Congratulations.

Keep adding relevant content and try different ads positions and colors. Make sure to not scare your users with them though.

 

the funny thing is, i was getting 80-90 visitors a day before i started using adword. Now that i started using adword it didn't barely increased my number of visitors. Why is that?

 

Why would u want to use adword to attract traffic to a content blog?

 

Are you refering to adsence?

 

i was refering to the number of impressions i was getting on adsense

 

umm why wouldn't I?? please enlighten me!!i used it mainly because i have a $60 worth of Adword credit so i thought i would give it a try
