Ya I'll give him cash it's not a big deal I didn't really take anything, I just liked the white arrow so made a change to it and just popped it into the logo I already had.

I put "stole" in quotes because I don't actually admit to stealing anything. It was a similar idea that I saw in your logo, but in no way is exactly the same. I already had the existing circles and font (which the font was the same too and just looked like a recreation...so you stole my design for that), the only thing different was the white arrow, which still wasn't even the same.

My very first logo I designed for the site had an arrow in it, I just scratched the idea because I didn't like how it was incorporated.

I'll pay you for what you consider that I "stole", it's no big deal...

Guess what? If I dont have a concept or idea for a certain contest, I don't post up a submission or participate. If I dont have an ORIGINAL concept for a logo. No comp to submit = no issues.

I dont intend to HOG the price at all.

Instead I have another IDEA...
Get some godaddy gift cards of the same value. So I could share the price to my fellow designers in some way (fair & square).

Otherwise... forget the 'no big deal' payment.
