Selling a 3 year old PR6 DMOZ Parenting/Classifieds/Web Tool Site

I am in need of some quick cash and am considering selling http://www.mommiescloset.com parenting site. It is pr6 and has one entry in the DMOZ directory. There is really not much traffic or income as of now. It has over 6000 pages indexed in google.

I am not selling based on income but am selling based on age and site features. Everything was hand coded by myself from the ground up in ASP. Included in this sale is a free guestbook script and host which allows people to include a piece of javascript to include free guestbooks on their sites.

We get about 5 to 10 sign ups a month on this and provides us with lifetime links back.

There are over 5000 users (confirmed email addresses) and the number grows daily.

The photo hosting allows you to create online photo puzzle games of your photos to use later.

I'm starting the bidding at $500.00.... This is my baby that was created for my wife years ago. I have just neglected it over the past year or so and for the right SEO it could be a very valuable site.

THere is also a local playgroup finder on there which allows moms to find other moms locally.

There is barely any income coming in.... With link sales which I just don't have enough time to do, you should be able to pull in about 300 a month with all the pages... It needs a good seo to take over and wake it up.. Right now it's kind of stagnent with the exception of 5 to 10 free classified postings every day.

I will allow someone to take over the hosting outright.. it's asp/sql server high end hosting at edthosting.com. As far as backlinks, the ones I control will stay up for a year.

As far as links sold they've been sold on a monthly term. But most of the links on there are not paid links.

 

I will also offer 10 hours of support and phone training for this site since everything is hand coded by myself.

 

just did a site check and saw google reporting over 8000 indexed pages. not sure if coop works anymore for rankings but if it does it should provide some nice weight. If not it shows that the amazon store I put in there two weeks ago is getting indexed.
