No basis, editorial bias at SEJ. It was written by the owner (former now). I think Jeff will develop it further to be strong and considered a top directory, but currently it's not in the ranks of the 10 best.
To End your Curiosity lemme tell you if its not in 10 best atm, It WAS and soon WILL be coz its now in the hand of Jeff.

I would like to reserve the "the top 10 directories" for other directory". I'm very interested in the top 10 directories list as I'm creating one and this one does not qualify for this list. I'm waiting for Jeff to give us the coupon code as I'm would like to submit some listings. I wish him good luck and hope to see a post from him very soon.
