I don't know at what time I feel to do trade with dark123 ! Shit ! He just ask me to give a VCC of $25 credit for xoom payment (I used to do this for newbies).When I provide it he just says that he don't want that anymore and want me to refund him. So I just create an account and pay $25 and send all the details (Its an Video IM credit [IMlive]).But now he post a -ve itrade and says that he will report it to moderator and make me ban. When I checked its credit (IMlive) it seems that its half is used. So what to do ?

i was speaking to Darkstar123 yesterday on msn, he was wanting a VCC. Thing is, the guy who is selling it has like 1k+ posts and DS123 has less than 100 doesnt he. I need a VCC badly since my paypal was frozen and i coudnt make any payments (hence all my neg iTrades, but... im getting a VCC sorted out very soon and got a few thousand waiting in my paypal account so its time to buy,buy,buy i think )
Let me explain this story clearly before I go to bed. My friend contacted me wanting to buy a VCC and I said alright. I looked around and found this guy selling a VCC and offered 39 bucks for it via paypal. He them gave me a link to Xoom and I said I only pay with paypal and he then said xoom accepts paypal just use that and I asked several different times for his paypal and he would not give me it. So he gave me a link to a xoom payment that was 39 bucks. I paid him the 39 bucks and said alright whats the information. I ended up having to wait about 20 minutes before I got it because he logged off RIGHT after I paid. After I got the vcc I gave it to my friend to see if it worked, he contacted me said it didn't and I contacted him. After a large argument with him about a refund I asked my friend where he was using it and it was a video site. I tried it myself and it did not work. Then he gave me a new vcc after canceling the other one and said if it don't work he will give me the full refund now*he made sure 25 was spent* and I tried that as well and it still didn't work. So I contacted him and and told him it didn't work and gave him my paypal. He then contacted me back with a user-name and password saying it worked. I never told him to use a new account to register it and even gave him the details to the one to put it on and he did not do it. So I contacted him and said I want my money back you did not do anything I asked please give me a full refund or I will take approiate measures. He then messaged me back claiming I used the video service and I have never logged in it or gave out the details. So I was trying to be polite and kindly ask for my full refund and he refused to give me it. If someone sells something that doesn't work or makes a mistake on an order they must refund it! Thats the correct thing to do. Thats the whole story of what happened.
SORRY FOR DOUBLE POST!! Yes I have under 40 posts but it should be alot easier to believe me. Why? 1. He made another post almost exactly like this about another member complaining about something he got. So I am not the only one that has had troubles with him. 2. I have had no troubles with members and have been dealing with some certain members with over 1k posts for along time. So before you consider posts please look into the person, what he did was not right I have proof and will be MORE than glad to show an admin or moderator, I will take the time to take all approiate screenshots of my paypal, private messages and that xoom thing and send it to a moderator and admin later today.
I do not think a moderator will deal with this. It is a he said this and he said that thing. You can both leave Itrader but I am not sure that this is a situation that a moderator will be involved with. The last one I seen like this they were told to deal with it in private. If it came down to who to believe, the OP has all good ITrader until now and you Dark has 0. I think that says it all. As far as double posting, use the edit button taht is what it is there for!
It is not a just he said she said. I have all the PM's and all transactions so I have all proof needed. She did everything on her own almost and refushed to give the payment. In the PM's I clearly stated what to do and she did not follow them. That was her fault and she is responsible to refund me now and she will not.
Yeah check my itrade ! I am having 25 +ve trade and most for that VCC deals ! So check it before saying that I am a scammer !
Maybe give a copy of this story to DP/whoever you are afraid of getting banned to. Get as much proof as possible - I'm sure there will be evidence to back you/the person who REALLY is right to help them win the case.
I am not saying you scam everyone ... It is just that the transaction i ve done with you has not given me what i had paid for.. resulting in a bad buyer's experience reflected in my posts and the itrader i gave you. And for those pointing to my itrader... I am sure you started off with a 0 too All i wanted is a refund , and that ends my part of the story. Thank you

Yeah I got two chargebacks yesterday with this VCC business.Now after I am going to stop my VCC biz. And way to remove my -ve itrade by this scammer ? Thankz ! I think it was the end of my business life !
aww! sorry to hear about your biz but think on the positive side of it.....because of you or thru your message, he will never be able to scam other people again. Just move one....that's life.
