It's been a year plus since I stepped into internet marketing. It's not an easy time and I felt that i was in the wrong market for the past 1 year. Putting alot of effort but only earn revenues like 2k from it. It's only as good as covering the ppc cost. I've seen internet marketer friends who started learning later than me and hit the ten thousands target. Quite demoralizing to see that, which only prove that i've not using the right strategies somewhere. How long have u been in internet marketing and how much are u earning?
I'm a seo/link builder freelancer from 3 years earning like 2-3k/month (sometimes bether even) Enouf for me
The bottom dropped out of the market for advertising a long time ago. Whilst a few make a reasonable earning from it ($100k+) they are very few and far between. We stopped out marketing activity a number of years ago as we simply didnt see the return on investment of our time and we were much better off spending out time doing other things.
Sad state of affairs, i guess like any market timing and opportunity need to coincide with one another, id say stick with it opportunity does pop up from time to time. Man thats prophetic!
I do this only as a hobby. Usually hobbies cost you something right ? this hobby makes me something (around $150-500/month) so it's not bad from hobby
Sold all my sites, so actually currently at $0. Although I'm starting up a martial arts forum (in my sig) properly soon, just finishing it, so hopefully I'll be earning a reasonable amount from it.
Simplistic that is pretty awesome. Me, personally, I'm a newbie is the truest sense. I just started 2 blogs this week but I have seem to hit a few mental roadblocks about what to do next. If you guys can mentor me and help me out that would be awesome.
If you enjoy doing it then it isnt bad. When I did websites as a paid hobby I was making $3-5k which was good and I enjoyed doing it.... unfortunately I realised I was stretching my ability a little too far so decided to form a company doing it but put myself in the role of Project Manager who can roll his sleeves up occasionally if timescales need it.
That sounds impressive.. you don't have a typical site? damn... my earnings are really inconsistent. Sometimes without doing anything sales come in while sometimes doing alot of work and no $$ comes in.. Oh well, starting on a new market now..
i have been working online since last 4 years and from the last one year i have started pocketing 2-3k PM.
I make about 500-750 a month for doing it a year and a half.. only working a few hours a day.. Most of the time I post on here or take a walk or read, watch tv ETC!
