I can't login into my paypal..I check my email and I have a forgoten password email, when I didn't request it..Then I requested it, and got mine, so I have 2..So I know someone else did..And now I can't log in..WTF is going on.
If you answered that email without requesting it, it's time to call the bank. If not, check if "caps lock" is on
And now I wish I would've awnsered the security questions more seriously..Totally forgot what I put down..
It is possible that you could have been hacked. I'm not sure, though, because this has never happened to me. After you requested your password were you able to login? Or are you still out? Skinny
I can't even log in..The account is under my dads name and what not, and he's not home..Kinda worried right now, not sure whats going on..This would be easy if I remembered the security questions..Do paypal accounts get hacked?
Did you open any phish emails? They're fake paypal email addresses.. if you login to paypal through one of their "links" (which is a fake login) then you probably got hacked.
Wow just got off the phone, that was easy..Yeah someone was trying to get my password, they maxed out the times they could try the password..People like that piss me off!
Yep I have had this before. A hacker got into my account. I had my password changed as well as security questions and all the money transferred to another account, then the hacker closed the account. Fortunately I called pay pal straight away and they noticed what had happened and froze the hackers account. I got the money back within 1 week of calling them. Hope you get it sorted soon.
Yeah, paypal locked my account after someone tried to get in, and entered the wrong password like 10 times ahah..So I just gave my info, and it was unlocked right away.
It would not accept my password at some point. I was half way through requesting a new one when it worked again. :s
