To a certain extent...I answered yes, but I don't think either Yes or No are answers that can accurately be given. The time line may be off, but that does not mean the information written is wrong...there are way to many individual things in the Bible that do not allow one to say "yes" or "no" about the whole book.

No I don't believe it is historically accurate. Much of it was written long after the events it describes. Too many translations and a large number of authors.
It's the principles which are important.

I don't know of one thing that Paul edited in the Old Testament...and the Bible wasn't even put together until long after Paul...heck, the Gospels weren't even written until after Paul was dead.

Because if they didn't censore it, no one would go to church. God didn't have a single good word to say about preachers. They need us to go to church to make $$ off of us, religion is a business

it is a false religion.... God don't need $$$...the true meaning of religion is

    G2356
    θρησκεία
    thrēskeia
    thrace-ki'-ah
From a derivative of G2357; ceremonial observance: - religion, worshipping.

this is the true meaning of religion... :) so you have to find the true religion to worship the true GOD.

Any organized religion that evolved to the point of building places of workship and taking donations is likely a scam... This isn't to say that there is anything wrong with the underlying principles.
Any version of Bible that implies that theft, usury, extra-marrital sex, etc. is allowed has been altered. Christianity has been hijacked by pedophiles. I believe KJV is pretty accurate, but I don't believe average Catolic has a slightest clue about what it says. They prefer to listen to the preachers rather than read the manual

Good question, unless we're talking about the word of god. But then the question is who said it's the word of god? S/He never spoke to me so how do I know. Seems I'll have to take it on faith but I'm way too cynical :D

I guess I am the one unsure person. There are certain aspects of that have been proven to be true and aspect to me that seem impossible... but then again I'm more of a scientific thinker than a religious one.

I used to think that too... Too many accurate predictions and too much science in it to be written by men that lived centuries ago (except for anything added by the pedophiles)

The original bible are the original Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek autagraphas that make up the 66 books contained in the Old and New Testaments. Early copies are still available and easily translated.

bochgoch is right, but its too bad for us, we don't know this hebrew, aramaic, and greek language. if we only can even understand this language we don't have to translate the bible in many diff language. but i used KJV expert say's that this version is more closer to the original bible. but if you want to know more about bible look at this site www.angdatingdaan.org there is something interesting in it. :)
