    Hello Friends,

    I am building this Directory- http://www.sharengain.com from past few months & got a Google PR-3 on first update... & after that also i m constantly building links also have a Alexa rank of 688,544...
    The PR Prediction is 4.... I have earned about 35$ from selling sitewide links on the site & never promoted it seriously.. Just on DP I managed to sell some sitewide links for some time...
    I have not sold a single featured link on the site.. so it is neat & clean..
    Keyword ShareNGain,ShareNGain Directory on google makes it on first page..

    So what is the valuation of this site ??? in US$'s ???

    price of directory = moeny the buyer can make in next 1 year from it

    This is just a rough estimate though many other factors come into play.

    Thanks SEOdir.net I will sell it after i make it to low $xxxx SO it can fetch me some money.... may be i think i should work more on it.... so that can be achievable.... any ideas to make that goall... please tell me....

    i think nearly 200$ as u say it is pr 3 which is nearly 100$ and you hav sidelinks already so in a year u will hav more so from there u may earn 100$
    so this sums up to 200$
    and if u are intrested i may buy it but only trough paypal
