Watermark a Video - Can someone do this for me?

I have .mov video, about 30 seconds long. I need it converted to wmv or mpeg and a watermark to be added.

Currently at the end of the video the url appears on a black background, I'd like to add some text too that.

Anyone can handle this for me? How much $?
