Traffic and AdSense is great! It grows and I am happy to see that, but I don`t have enough time to manage it, that`s why I wanna sell, and... beside that, I need some cash!

Yes, you can manage what is listed. It is a wordpress site.
I had setup a system to grab videos from metacafe and of course you can manually add new videos at any time.

Traffic and revenue are the most important, also the age of the website, monthly expenses, if www.jspromotion.com is also included in the sale (I suppose it´s also owned by you, am I right?), etc...

Without that it´s hard to bid on your site

Age: one year and a few months (it's still a child )
Monthly expenses: hosting (depends where you host, I pay $5)
I ONLY sell what is on videomagazine.org and nothing else, no subdomains, and no other sites, at least not now and not in this price.
My earnings are mostly from AdSense and they are somewhere between 500 and 1500, depends on so many things, I suppose that you know how Google works if you wanna buy a site.

Time? From zero min per day to how much you want to. I already mentioned that it is able to grab new videos from metacafe, all you have to do is to check them (if you believe that it is necessary) or to add from other sources to.

This bid will end when I feel that it is okay to sell. Anyways, I won't sell under $5000. I know my sites value.

then why are you entertaining bids under $5,000 if that is what you are looking to get at the low end?

please post a minimum as that helps people with their bidding and lets them know what they are getting into. If I had known I would have not continued to check this thread. Now I won't.

Well, okay. As I already mentioned I got an offer, $10.000, from a guy but we did not closed the deal yet.
From now on bid only if you can afford close to $10.000 or more.
I don`t like to have only one client, that is why I am here looking for other options. I don't like to wait for answer. I am looking for a serious costumer who knows what he wants and who can afford it.
I am selling the site with its content, and I can install it for you on your server if you need that.
