Bank Account to verify Paypal with

Hi Everyone,

I have read the threads on this post and want to contribute.

I can show you how to open a US bank account legally as a non-resident with 3 different Banks, not Etrade pls.
You do not have to useany fake doc or info.

There is what is called Non-residents Bank accounts in all countries, but it seems most of the Banks are lazy to read the law books.

I have one in Texas and I am from Africa.

PM if u need this badly. Paypal held my fund for 4 years before I found the solution.

i have paid twice time for documents which tell how to open Bank account but all us banks request for SSN!
