The term "dirty kuffar" was used by gtech, not me. As for reporting people, why should I do your dirty work for you? I have no treaty with the US or UK. If I was genuinely worried about a Muslim breaking a treaty, I would call the Muslim community elders of the country he's living in, not the police.
