How did you first make money online?

Domain names (late 1990s) and then by redirecting those visitors to affiliate programs.

Those where the good ol' days... TRUE autopilot earnings.

 

started with posting services here at DP

 

only if i had a time machine (but i was just 1 then )

 

you started the domain game in the 90's? Do you have any really aged and valuable domain names now? there were sooo many good ones available back then!

I think my first income online was generated from spamming myspace back when it first came around - what a pity lol..

 

My first touch with making money online was with "Get Paid To ..." programs. I was strugling with making money for surfing, or reading e-mails. I've spent so much time on GetPaid forum.

But those times are gone and I'm happy that I was more curious about how websites are created and I've started with programming and web developing (web designing).

However, there are infinitive possibilities to make money through internet nowadays.

 

Be nice if domains costed $100 per year again.

 

Either Valueclick or eAds. Neither generated much revenue. My first real money came I believe in early 1999 with 24/7 Media.

 

I was becoming a game tester for gaming magazines!

 

I made posts on NamePros and got NP hehe I made almost nothing but then I posted that I wanted to buy forums for NP and someone wanted to partner up with me and we are still working on sites

 

Me, I made money dropshipping on eBay - and I still am. However I'm not sure how long it will last, so I am trying to go into publishing and promoting my ebooks

 

I earned through adsense and e-gold.

 

How did you earn money with egold?

 

My first online job as a freelance; for me it was a research job and i got $10 for that. since that day i didnt look back. I still remember that day some where in 2002, when i saw my bank account with amount and i was very happy with that. but the day i started earning, keep on moving, and never looked back. This time i am earning 4-5k/month. And still grippliing to enhance.....

Long time ago (good old times) as affiliate of CDnow.com, then they canceled affiliate program, then they got eaten by amazon...
Adsense started just a year ago in my country.

 

Yah, really...

Domains were great, I had a lot of really good ones but dropped most after the DMCA. I lost a few more when NetworkSolutions screwed up my renewal.

Would you believe that I owned "networksollutions.com"? It's mispelled but made me a pretty penny.
