10.000 uniques and $3400, where do I sit on the the Adsense ladder?

With all the overselling companies now days it is easy to handle all that. You can get 60 gigs og bandwidth for slightly less than $7 nowadays ($6.95 to be more precise).

What does not sound OK to me is, reaching 10k/day visitors without any further investment in advertising ... if thats true, you are sitting in a gold mine (think about, $3k/mo earning with only $10 investment) ...

Those are extremely good monthly earnings, my adsense fluctuates constantly, however the affiliate sales makes up my money.

Do you use affiliate as well as adsense, nto hijacking just wondering

I am at 1500 uniques a day with 13,000 page views a day... im am stuck at about $900 a month.. The problem is with forums .... if anyone has advice about forums and examples of how they improved let me know

Surprised you haven't tried other methods such as AuctionAds, ReviewMe if its a blog, Banner Advertising, Text Links, and Affiliates.

I am impressed with this, try doubling that now.

$3400/month from 10K uniques/day is good. Not great, mind you, but GOOD. How long have you averaged the $3400/month? (As in, for how many months?) If it's only been a few months, or not even that, then be prepared to get smartpriced.

Just to add to what Ratman2050 said, with 10K uniques, you should be doubling your earnings with other sources of revenue, such as Kontera/Vibrant Media (if you haven't already), Amazon ads, clickbank ads, etc. You don't need to slap them all over your site, just use them appropriately, spaced throughout the site. And don't forget traditional CPM banners. One of my site averages 17K uniques/day, and it brings in the same amount you're getting with yours via Adsense, but it DOUBLES that amount with CPM banners. Add to that specific-audience targeted Clickbank ads and Kontera, and Adsense is only 20% of my total revenue. As a result, I do not lose sleep over my Adsense account.

$3400 a month is a good amount. Congratulations! But are you having just one site or your you have multiple websites.Whatever it is, the earning is impressive and it shows that people who do hard work and dedicate time, can earn really good from Google Adsense.
