What to do if Adsense bans you?

Hey guys, I don't have an adsense account yet, but it seems from reading around that getting banned from them is a real concern. If they do ban is it pretty easy to set up a new account or do people have to resort to underhanded tricks (like a fake mailing addy tied to gift cards)

When I got banned once a couple of years ago they gave me another chance. Maybe they still do that. If not look for other networks you can join.

If you read and follow the Terms of Service, you will not be banned. The ones who are banned are those who think they are smarter than Google. If you are banned, there are no second chances, they do not allow a second account with the same name or address once you are banned.

Don't worry about getting banned if you play by the rules.. read TOS carefully and don't violate any of them.
Install Adlogger in case any of your enemies play invalid click tricks on you and you can track and hand in those stats to google should there by problems.

Think postive, do not need to worry on banning your GA account If you will not break the rules. If you will follow GA policy, terms and condition then they are not going to banned you, but if you will play a tricks then they will banned you sure sooner or later.

There are a few other contextual link opportunities. Try Revenue Pilot, MSN Live, or YPN.

YPN (Yahoo Publishers Network) used to be the most difficult to get into.

Follow the rules and you will be fine, I have been a member for 3 years now, never a single problem. Build quality sites, with no questionable content, and don't have bad traffic (that doesn't convert), and there is no reason to ban you.

If you buiy traffic like 10000 uniques for 20 dollars, you will be banned. If you open up a file hosting site, or picture hosting site, or something similar -- you run a good chance at getting banned.

Learn how to seo, build a good site, get related links, and get free organic traffic from google, yahoo and msn, and you will never have a problem with adsense. Questionable traffic and questionable content, or cheating, is really the only reason people get kicked out, remember theres always 3 sides to the truth.

But also like the others side, spread it out anyway. Do some CPA stuff, try to find some drop-shipper's maybe and open a website selling products. I believe the saying on this forum is don't have all your eggs in one basket, spread the love around ya know.

I love adsense though, never had one complaint from them, payments are never late, they send ya free gifts for christmas (not everyone gets them apparantly, I always got them, I think you have to make so much or something idk).

But yeah, imo, you only should worry about being banned if you are not gonna follow the rules.

I made the mistake of putting "Please visit our sponsors..." above my ads when I first started using adsense. I was quickly banned.

It seemed harmless at the time, but was my fault for not fully reading and following the rules.

Google did send me an email saying to "Please make any necessary changes to your web pages in the next 3 business days." Thats an exact quote. I was out of town at the time, and did not ready the email until 10 days later! Still, they worked with me and I am using adsense today.

Just carefully read the ToS and you won't have any problems.

They reconsidered your situation after some e-mails, logs etc, or you reapplied after some years with the same contact information and website?
