Logo Contest . Blogs Battle. 5 days. $50

Looking for a logo for a battle site specializing in blogs. The name of the site is: blogsbattle . com. The logo will be on the top left side of the website, where it now says: "My Blogs Battle Site"

We'd like you to incorporate the name of the site, and: "Where Global Bloggers Compete." Apart from that, be creative. Make it fun. Have those blogs fight each other. You can choose your colors since the site is brand new, and we haven't chosen background colors yet.

We need you to provide us with original PSD and we need to have full copyrights.

Well, I don't seem to be able to edit, so please, mods, I'm not trying to bump here just answering shadowpwner's concern.

The site is not working right now because I ran into DNS problems. I will work on it this weekend and bring it up ASAP.

In the mean time, if you look at simplyg123's second picture, that's basically what the site looks like. Nothing out of this world.

Sorry, mods, I am not trying to bump, but, for some reason, I do not have an Edit button on my own posts.

I have moved the site to a different host this morning. It is now up and running. If you still have problems, flush your dns, or wait a couple of hours as propagation just started about an hour ago (from this post).

I am seeing a lot of very creative entries. It is going to be a hard choice. Keep the good work, and have fun!

I know my entry isn't realy up to snuff but I was hoping to inspire some good ones. I can't quite get a good one but you guys up there with your really nice entries could incorporate some fun in them! I think it'd help.

 

Yeah I'm not sure where he went. It's been some time since our contest overseeer has posted anything actually...

 

This was a quick draft, if you like the concept I can work on the text/shield more.

I have been quiet because I did not want to interfere with all that creativity, but I ahve been watching what was going on.

I agree with CameoAnderson about the incorporation of fun. I think those battle sites should be fun sites, otherwise they're never going to function.

Believe it or not, CameoAnderson, you are pretty high on the list right now. I like how you make the name clear through the use of colors, and I love those fighting blogs. Can I suggest some boxing gloves for those blogs?

And if you have a blog yourself, remember you can register it for a battle too

 

Is mine out of the running? I thought i'd keep it simple, i initially starting with a pair of boxing gloves hanging off the writing, but i thought it'd a too obvious kind of battle, so i just incorporaed the nuke sign and sniper scope, so it could be seen as a bigger better battle. feedback for the design is appreciated
