    Yes, they do have loads of high-tech gadgets. I came from there originally but whenever I go over there to visit my family, I experience some kind of reverse cultural shock not knowing what to do with those everyday high-tech stuffs. :D

    Absolutely beautiful! I lived in Queenstown for 2.5 years. Very pretty picturesque place.

    I passed a test with a vegemite sandwich to stay here but replaced a beer test with wine. :)

    Love to visit Switzerland. I heard a lot of nice things about it. Has anyone been there?

    Since this thread has been resurrected....
    I'm going to Tasmania in the next month or so (on the boat!).
    And hopefully Japan next year if I can hustle some accommodation - avoiding Tokyo though, I'm aiming straight for the little country villages.

    I heard that...I used to leave it behind on small trips (errands and outsings mostly) b/c when I go I like to bring the whole lot but the mrs. just bought a Canon Elph...now I truly never leave home without a camera!!
