using the same as http://www.globalpolitician.com/ Just a redesign of the website mentioned to give you an idea. some extra $$$ for to integrate. Theme: westminster, journal, politics etc. Let your imagination go ... Winner will be announced in about one week or before.
please show your talents. I see many great designers here. It's the first time for me to open a contest and it's for a client that may have many follow up jobs. Please consider the theme Westminster - it's London borough with river Thames, heart of democracy (for header eventually), news, politics. It's going to be a site with info and news. Payment PP. Thanks Arnie
Should the logo stay the same, or can the designers build their own logo for their designs? Thanks for the responses...
The title should be "Westminster Journal" designers can build their own logos reference for the header could be "big ben", "house of parliament" (landmarks)and so on. Probably some reference to the "heart of democracy" - which is Westminster.
text: The International Periodical based in the Heart of the Mother of Democracy “Ground-breaking, thought-provoking, a must-read†To give you some more ideas -- The Westminster Journal is a weekly publication on the Web. The site, which is owned by an Anglo American partnership, does not charge for access and is supported by advertising revenues. The Westminster Journal specialises in National Security at a time when Britain, the West and liberal democracy throughout the world faces ... Writers include politicians, policy-makers, journalists, intelligence staff and military personnel. Writers are generally asked to contribute but submissions will be considered if of a high enough standard. The Journal’s ethos, Malum quidem nullum esse sine aliquo bono – “There is, to be sure, no evil without something good†- is borrowed from Pliny the Elder. Gaius Plinius Secundus, (23 – August 24, 79 AD), was an ancient author, natural philosopher and naval and military commander of some importance who wrote Naturalis Historia. He believed that "true glory consists of doing what deserves to be written, and writing what deserves to be read".
