Ok, so you think that just because a country (US and allies) believes it needs to secure a resource (oil) it gives it the right to invade another country??
US didnt invade Iraq to secure Iraq's petroleum resources. It invaded Iraq because Iraq invaded Kuwait, a small but petroleum rich defenseless country. You need to understand that stability in the middle east is very important. they supply the major part of the petroleum needs of the world. We can afford extremists using all those money to cause more destruction.
This is a totally laughable post IMHO. Iraq invaded Kuwait around 1990. US left a whole decade before going back.... Face it - it is Iraqi, Middle Eastern oil. The Middle East can do as they please with it. What gives the US the right to 'secure' it?

At this point, I wish you were correct. If "we" (not sure what group you belong to) are there for oil, I demand to know where that oil is. If it's all about that oil, I want to know who is importing free iraqi oil and why I'm not seeing a huge discount at the pump when I fill my truck up every week. Even more disturbing is the fact that Iraq is giving out oil contracts to other countries, which dramatically cuts into "our" (again, not sure which group you belong to) free oil.
