    Who to believe? Totally confusing.

Here is the solution, just file a dispute ( you did that) and ask mods to close this thread...

    It's f**kin my mind...really

He has filed a claim at Paypal.

Why don't you just respond to it and finish the matter?

Even if your account is limited, you can still respond to the dispute.
Infact, Paypal would have sent you an email for asking for your replay, and prolly few documents.
submitting a ticket doesnt help in the case of account limitation.
Anyways, if your account is limited its good for easyman, s/he will get his money back most prolly.

mate.. a limited paypal account is some sh*t.. really.. they'll ask you for documents to prove your address, etc.

    Just respond to the claim.
Although I really have trouble deciding who the scammer is.

The guy, did not post a screenshot on his blog, rather, he posted the page/redirect or something. I mean, the buttons are clickable, and links are live. Am sure that is not a screenshot :D:D

I won't worry he has until the 14th of July to respond to my claim with paypal, I can't help but wonder why he's not responding if I'm the one in the wrong. I will win the claim but I don't think I'll get my money back because I think he already transfered the money into his bank account. I don't care about the money anymore, I just want to prove to everyone that I got scammed and that he is a scammer and that no one ever trades with him or gets scammed by him again...
