Hi I would like a new logo for my Reptile Forums, the current logo is here: The website is here: Reptile Forums The circle is ment to represent a reptile eye, I would like something that represents a reptile eye in the new logo. The logo must fit in with the current forum colours and must not be much, if at all, taller in hight than the current logo but can be any width. The only text needed is RFUK (stands for reptile forums uk) The prize is $20.00 Payment is by paypal only.
Those two are good.... I would kinda want a mixture of the two: I like the simpleness of the reptile eye symbol in Dj-iceman's, but I like the way crowquill's is layed out with the RFUK at the side and the mirror effect (perhaps slightly different effect to the font). Thats good crowquill. Dj-iceman still in the lead though I like that smooth effect and the eye better. Wont be around for a while now.
Looking really good, thanks for the further entries. There are a few things on the designs that I thought I would point out, that might just clinch the deal for you if different. Dj-iceman - really like yours, could we see what its like with the eye ring blue and the centre the dark grey. coolwanz - really like that, more what I was looking for than the original. Would be better with the eye slightly smaller and more defined, less fussy. (is it not a bit wrong stealing someones design?) Saves Th3 Day - thats pretty cool, the eye is nice but with the pupil position it looks bit weird... more human than reptile. Also the hight of the logo is slightly too small for the site. Hi tbo thanks for the feedback, will amend the logo accordingly. I'm not so certain about the impression of acquiring someone's creativity. The logo composition was based/inspired from the original logo for your site (I assume that the original image is from your kindself?) I can change the only-first-letters text if you want to avoid more similarity
Sorry, I was mistaken... I thought that your "Logo Rework Proposition" was a rework of a previous entree on this thread lol (was quite similar to crowquill's)... I must admit im a bit tipsey now (sat night). Sorry I realise now I am much mistaken by what you said. Thanks again to all entrys and I will be back tomorrow to confirm the winner. Chris
