The old adage "you get what you pay for" is generally true here. You'd probably be best off with Google AdSense, but since you don't want to spend money one of the options you have is to post on forums with a link in your signature. Unfortunately for you, there aren't many forums dedicated to ringtones, though you could try general cell phone forums. I'm not sure what you mean by "pretty fast" but chances are you're not going to get 100 000 visitors in a week without spending money.

Perhaps send the ebooks to selected reviewers in relevant fields and ask them to review the ebook contents? Offer the ebooks on auction sites with links back to your site. Depending on the content of the ebooks, perhaps give away x copies to a relevant charity and cover it with a press release? Harder to start, but offer affiliate sales arrangements to related sites?
